Sunshine Yoga Shack is a great place to practice and take teacher trainings, workshops, as well as attend special events. They offer a variety so you find the right class for you. Teacher training is top notch and well rounded, so you will leave knowing how to put together many class types and teach them well. Their staff is so friendly and knowledgeable!

Sunshine YogaShack has been a home away from home. Lynn has continued to work with me on improving my Aerial skills while ensuring my safety and making it 1000% fun in the process! It is certainly a place for all levels and the team makes sure to help and encourage newer people.
