Hot & Power Vinyasa Yoga

Our Power and Hot Vinyasa classes are some of the most loved at Sunshine—and it’s not just the sweat. These classes go beyond the heat to deliver strength, focus, and transformation. The studio is heated to 95°F for HOT with high humidity, creating a steamy, sauna-like environment | or 75°F for POWER so the body warms, melts away muscular tension, and supports deep, detoxifying movement. This invigorating Vinyasa flow links breath to movement through creative, strength-building sequences that enhance flexibility, balance, and mental clarity. Expect powerful transitions, core work, and optional arm balances and inversions—followed by a grounding savasana to seal the practice.

Deep Hatha Yoga

Deep Hatha Yoga is a strong and soulful 60 or 75 minute class designed to create balance in both body and mind. This Hatha-style practice blends standing, strength-building Yang postures with long-held, grounding Yin stretches that target the deep connective tissues and fascia. Perfect for beginners and seasoned yogis alike, Deep Yoga 60 offers a solid foundation while still challenging experienced practitioners through mindful movement and muscular engagement. Expect to leave feeling strong, centered, and deeply restored.

Yin, Nidra, and Sound

Yin. Nidra. Sound. | This deeply restorative, hour-long class is a journey through stillness, release, and healing. You’ll begin with Yin Yoga—floor-based poses held for 3 to 5 minutes—targeting the connective tissues, fascia, and joints to create space and softness in both body and mind. Next, you'll be guided into Yoga Nidra, also known as "Yogic Sleep"—a meditative state between wakefulness and rest that calms the nervous system, reduces stress, and supports emotional balance. We close with a Sound Bath using crystal singing bowls to bathe the body in vibration. Sound healing works on a cellular level to help release trauma, tension, and energetic blockages

Aerial Yoga combines the art of movement with the magic of flight. Ever dreamed of running away with Cirque du Soleil? This is your chance to experience that thrill—right here in our studio. You'll start grounded, using the silks for deep, challenging floor-based yoga, and then lift off to explore graceful aerial poses, playful flips, and techniques that build incredible strength, flexibility, and body awareness. Activating the upper body and core in entirely new ways—all while feeling light, empowered, and a little like a kid again. This class is suitable for all levels but is a challenge. Come as you are. Learn something new. And always move at your own pace. NO JEWELRY IN FABRIC. NO SHARP OR DAGGER NAILS. NO ZIPPERS. SOCKS ARE REQUIRED.
