Advanced Yoga Teacher Training
300-Hour Yoga Alliance Registered Training
Our 300-Hour Advanced Training Certification will help 200-hour certified Yoga Teachers advance their skill set to achieve more excellent command of their voice as a teacher while enriching their knowledge of yoga. Our 300-Hour program is a Hybrid model that meets in person one Saturday a month, and the remainder of the training is done virtually.
This training is broken down into two 150 Hour Modules

Six 20-Hour Chapters
- 5 Yoga Class Logs per Chapter
- 1 Hour of Meditation per Week (4 per chapter) with Journaling
- 1 Homework Assignment per Chapter
- One Test per Chapter

You will present one yoga workshop and teach it at Sunshine Yoga Shack or Virtually.
