At Sunshine Yoga Shack we offer a safe and nurturing environment where you can freely release and unwind on your yoga mat or in our inviting aerial silk hammocks.
To ensure a seamless experience, we kindly ask that you arrive at the studio 10-15 minutes before class begins.
Before entering the main studio area, we request that you remove your shoes, wearing socks is required for all aerial classes. Those attending aerial classes, please refrain from wearing jewelry as it may cause injury to yourself and the fabric.
Your well-being is our top priority, which is why we diligently fog the studio with hospital-grade disinfectant after each class, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for all.
