Hello, Sunshine Souls — spooky season has officially arrived in Mansfield!

Main Street is about to transform into a playground of pumpkins, ghouls, and laughter as we celebrate Haunt the Block on Thursday, October 16th, from 5–8 PM. This family-friendly street festival is one of our favorite community traditions, and Sunshine Yoga Shack is right in the heart of it all!

Because Main Street will be closed for the event, all Thursday evening classes will be canceled — but don’t worry, we’ll still be getting our movement fix with aerial performances, costumes, and community fun!

Haunt the Block at Sunshine Yoga Shack

We’re setting up right out front of the studio with a spooky balloon and photo backdrop to celebrate the night! Inside the studio, we’ll feature local vendors and wine from Old Vine Texas — the perfect pairing for a hauntingly good evening.

Main Street will be packed with vendors, live entertainment, and plenty of candy for the trick-or-treaters at every booth. Sunshine Yoga Shack will be your cozy Halloween hub for all things spooky and community-centered.

And yes — there will be a Costume Contest with prizes and trophies!

Inside the Studio: Aerial Performances & Local Fun

Step inside Sunshine for something truly special — our Aerial Yoga Performances!

This year, instead of our full-scale Aerial Showcase, we’re bringing the magic straight to Main Street. You’ll see a mix of fun vignettes and practiced aerial routines, performed by our incredible Sunshine aerialists.

Due to my own injury (and a few other fliers still healing), we’re keeping things light and creative this time around. Don’t worry though — we’re already planning something spectacular for spring that will have everyone floating with joy.

So come support our performers, sip some wine, and soak in the energy of our aerial community under the autumn sky.

To celebrate spooky season, we’re offering a limited-time Sunshine Spooky Special  — perfect for anyone ready to flow, fly, and find balance under  the harvest moon. 10 Yoga and Aerial Classes $100.
