IN-PERSON Advance Teacher Training
$2495 - Join Sunshine on this in-depth training to expand your knowledge as a yoga professional. This is Beyond the Physical a 6 month semester, the remainder of training will be available virtually to finish at your own pace. You will receive a 6 month membership at Sunshine with your paid tuition.
VIRTUAL Advance Teacher Training
$1995 - Expand your knowledge as a yoga professional with this Yoga Alliance approved 300-hour training program. Go at your own pace and know that knowledgeable and experienced Yoga Teachers are here to help every step of the way.
You have the option to divide the 300 hour into two semesters:
- The Physical, a 6 chapter series
- Beyond the Physical, a 6 chapter series.
The Physical
This 150 hour training consists of in-depth knowledge about the physical practice of yoga.
Beyond the Physical
This 150 hour training semester unravels the mysteries of what is happening beneath the surface when we practice yoga.
This semester of training is currently filming and will be ready March 2025
