We get so busy and focused on our life that we forget to celebrate the everyday. My man took me dancing last night, something we used to do on occasion, but have not done in many years. We let the darkness of busy cage us in and rob us of fun. We get so busy making a living, we forget to make a life for ourselves. Registration for IN-STUDIO 2023 Yoga Teacher Training is now available. We will only have 4 openings for the January start date, and they are first come first served. The in-studio training gives access to the full virtual library of trainings and online classes, plus the bonus of unlimited classes in person at the studio. Our 300 hour training program will be available in the coming months so stay tuned.
