As the clocks have turned back, we’re reminded that autumn is here in full swing—even if our Texas temperatures are a bit slow to catch up! This time of year invites us to embrace the beauty of slowing down, aligning with nature’s rhythm as the days grow shorter and the light softens.
 
A Mindset Shift for the Season Autumn is a wonderful reminder that rest and reflection are vital parts of growth. While many of us are used to staying active and on the go, the shift in light and time encourages us to pause and reconnect with ourselves. This season, I encourage you to give yourself permission to move at a gentler pace, honoring your need for rest without feeling pressured to stay in constant motion.
 
Staying Energized & Grounded While autumn inspires calm, it can also bring on a sense of inertia if we’re not mindful. To keep the body and spirit engaged, I invite you to join us for practices that support warmth and energy from heated yoga to yin and nidra.
