Let’s talk about it. You know, the things we don’t want to talk about. On the 29th, I am having surgery and will be out for recovery for four to six weeks. Two years ago, I began developing uterine fibroid tumors, ovarian cysts, and endometriosis. The last six months have been pretty rough, and a hysterectomy is my best option. Jennifer, Mallory, Jessica, Te’, Kayla, Carrie, Brandi, Landry, and Cindy will keep the studio in top shape, and classes will be awesome, as always. I will be available if you need anything.
There is healing in sharing what we go through. Life is not always easy. We must go through many highs and lows as we travel through our time here on earth. Sharing our story and learning eases our difficult journeys and shines light into the shadows. We are not alone.
What heaviness have you been through that seemed lighter when it was shared? What do you need to share to lighten your load? Reach out when you need and let the light in.

  1. I don’t think the title of your article matches the content lol. Just kidding, mainly because I had some doubts after reading the article.

  2. Lynn, I’m sending lots of love and positive energy for a successful surgery and a speedy recovery! Thank you for sharing your story so openly—it really reminds us of the importance of community and human connection. The studio is in excellent hands, so please take all the time you need to rest and recover.

  3. Sharing personal health experiences can be difficult, especially when there are so many things people normally keep private. What stood out to me here is the idea that talking about a hard period doesnt necessarily remove the problem, but it can make the experience feel less isolated. I also liked the focus on keeping the community going during recovery. Sometimes having trusted people around you is just as important as making a practical plan for the weeks ahead. The honesty in this post makes that message feel very real.

  4. This is a heartwarming post that speaks honestly about life’s ups and downs. I appreciate how difficult journeys become easier when we have a supportive community. Such messages encourage people to open up and accept help when needed.

  5. Thank you for sharing such an honest and heartfelt message. The reminder that speaking openly can make difficult experiences feel lighter is powerful, and the supportive community described here makes the post especially warm and encouraging.

  6. Thank you for being so open and honest about what you are going through. Sharing something so personal can’t be easy, but I’m sure your words will help others feel less alone in their own struggles. Wishing you a smooth surgery, plenty of rest, and a gentle recovery!
