We are thrilled to turn the page on the newest chapter of our Yoga Story. We present Sunshine School of Yoga’s Online Learning Platform and Social Community. An exclusive online hub for our beloved Sunshine Tribe. This digital platform extends beyond just imparting teacher training and knowledge. It’s a vibrant online community that allows you to engage in insightful discussions, request interactive workshops, and connect with fellow yogis.
All your in-studio class bookings will still be on the Sunshine Yoga Shack website or mobile app. However, the online learning community is just a click away at Sunshine School.
My journey into the enlightening world of yoga began in 2001, and since then, I’ve been exploring the profound transformation that this ancient practice offers. The seeds of what would later become Sunshine Yoga Shack and Sunshine School of Yoga came together with every step I took on my yoga mat.
Early into my teaching career, I realized that yogis wanted to understand the magic that transpired on their yoga mats—just Like I did in those early days of crying in Savasana. Teaching yoga classes was only the beginning, and I cultivated training programs for aspiring yoga teachers. Those training opportunities have expanded, and we now have our own learning platform.
This platform is not only for aspiring teachers but for every yogi asking the question of why?
Entwined in the learning platform is a social network—a loving and respectful place to ask questions to me and other yogis like yourself. This is a safe space, and negativity will not be allowed.
Why? The bonds we form in our yoga community should endure beyond physical boundaries, allowing cherished yogis who’ve moved far away to remain an essential part of our Sunshine Tribe.
So, here’s an open invitation to join our new venture. You can ask questions, sign up for a training session, or take an online class.
This is our very own social network. While Facebook and Instagram can limit when or if you see the studio’s posts and information, you can connect and see as much or as little as you like.
