My Journey with Yoga
To share a bit about myself, I have been immersed in the world of yoga for 23 wonderful years. For the past 14 years, I have had the privilege of teaching yoga and witnessing the incredible transformations it can bring to people’s lives. One of my absolute favorite programs to teach has always been the introduction to yoga for beginners. There’s something magical about guiding new practitioners through their first steps into the vast and enriching world of yoga.

Over the years, I have carefully cultivated our 200-hour yoga teacher certification program. This program is a culmination of the insights, techniques, and wisdom I have gathered, especially from my introductory workshops. Our aim has always been to craft expert yoga teachers who can inspire and lead with confidence and knowledge.
