Amid the buzz of excited voices and clinking glasses at the Charity Gala in the stockyards, our aerial yogis ascended into the spotlight. The opportunity to perform our aerial skills made for a fun night of community doing what we love.
Our aerial yoga is the vivacious sister to the grounded tradition of yoga. Yoga on the ground is wonderful for strength, flexibility, focus, and meditation. Yoga in the air has all of the elements of a regular yoga practice, but it flips it upside down and puts a spin on it. Literally!
From the moment the first yogi took to the silks, it was evident that this performance was more than a demonstration—it was an expression of our unwavering commitment to practice and the joy that aerial yoga ignites. We twirled and glided, surrendering to the whimsy of flight, guided by breath and the threads of music weaving through the air.
The gala may have moved into the night, but the echo of our performance lingered. We have received an outpouring of feedback commending our aerial dance. It is a testament to our passion and the alchemy that occurs when hard work unfurls into celebration.

Studio News!
We are thrilled the On Demand and Live Stream classes are up and running and better than ever. We are filing in 4k video. You can watch from the Sunshine Yoga Shack app on your phone, tablet, and PC. These classes will also be cast on your smart TV.
Our HVAC unit went out this week, and the building owner is working on a solution. Please be patient as we would to get it up and running.
PICKLE PARADE MARCH 16th
The parade will go down Main Street at noon, but join the fun downtown all day. Walk with us in the Parade and then from 1:00-4:00 inside the studio we will have a Pickle Market and Aerial Demonstrations.
