Your Yoga Family at Sunshine wants to take a moment to wish you all a happy, holly, jolly holiday and a joyful Christmas. We hope this festive season brings warmth, love, and light to you and your loved ones. As we take time off to be with our own families, we want to remind you that we will be closed on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, but we will be back on Tuesday.
Whatever holly, jolly holiday you celebrate this year, we hope your week is full of kindness, togetherness, and positivity. We are grateful to each of our members for your unwavering support throughout a challenging year. Moving to Main Street was a big transition for us, but it was worth it to have a beautiful space to practice and grow in. As we close out 2023, we look forward to what’s ahead in 2024.
In the new year, we have many exciting events planned for our members. Our Aerial for Kids program is back for children ages 5-11, helping kids build strong and healthy bodies while having fun. Also, we have added a Heated 45 Mondays at 4:30 with Jodran. A holly, jolly, fun time.
We also have a special class called Caring for Cancer with Yoga, designed specifically for those living with cancer, recovering from cancer, or caregiving for someone with cancer. This class offers a supportive community and a space for healing and rejuvenation.
For aerialists ready to take their skills to the next level, we have an Advanced Aerial Trick Workshop to challenge and inspire you. And for those new to aerial, we have an Intro to Aerial Workshop to help you get comfortable in the air and learn the basics. We believe aerial yoga is a beautiful and unique way to build strength, flexibility, and mindfulness.
For those wanting to deepen their knowledge of yoga, we also offer Sunshine’s Guide to Yoga, an introduction to yoga’s history, philosophy, and benefits. Whether you’re new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, we believe that understanding the roots of our practice can provide a deeper connection to our bodies and minds.
We have Carrie’s Reiki Share, a special energy healing session for those looking to restore balance and calm to their lives.
For a fun and creative night out, join Mallory for Henna and Harmony, a Henna body art workshop that will leave you feeling beautiful and inspired.
As we end another year, we want to thank you, our members, for being a part of our yoga family at Sunshine. Your commitment to your practice and our community has meant the world to us. We are excited to continue growing together in 2024 and beyond, bringing you more opportunities to build strong, happy bodies and hearts.
